Visiting Professor Program: Welcoming Dr. Karen Ordovas, MD, MAS, from the University of Washington

Last week, the Department's Visiting Professor Program was delivered by Dr. Karen Ordovas, MD, MAS, Professor of Radiology and Adjunct Professor of Medicine, Section Chief of Cardiothoracic Imaging and Vice-Chair for Academic Affairs at the University of Washington. The event was hosted virtually and in-person at Toronto General Hospital (TGH). Dr. Ordovas delivered exceptional Resident Case Review’s and thought provoking lectures on MRI of the thoracic aorta & advanced cardiac MR methods for assessment of regional dysfunction to our medical imaging community. A special thanks to Dr. Elsie Nguyen, Associate Professor & Cardiothoracic Imaging Division Lead, Department of Medical Imaging, U of T for helping to organize the visit.
