What are the booking options?
Rooms are available for booking Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM ET, up to 4 weeks in advance for shared offices and 60 days in advance for the boardroom.
What is the duration of each booking?
You can book a time slot of 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours. The latest time slot for a 2-hour meeting is 2:00 PM.
How much advance notice is required for booking?
A minimum lead time of 72 hours is required for booking.
How will I know if my booking request is confirmed?
Please be advised that all booking requests will be reviewed for confirmation. We will evaluate your request within 3 business days and notify you if your space has been reserved or if alternative options are available. A confirmation or rejection email will be sent to you regarding your booking.
