Congratulations to the Neuroradiology Graduating Class of 2025!

June is a busy month for U of T with graduations, and the Department of Medical Imaging is no different, celebrating our many graduating residents and fellows, including the 2025 graduating Neuroradiology class!

Last week, current and graduating residents and fellows, along with Neuroradiology Program Director Dr. Matylda Machnowska, several other faculty members and Jennifer Morris, Education Programs Coordinator, gathered at U of T’s Faculty Club to celebrate the seven new neuroradiologists. Congratulations to graduating neuroradiology residents Drs. Tshea Dowers, Oksana Marushchak, Claire Tsiporah Burrows, Salman Radwi, Khaled Almohaimede and Saba Moghimi as well as graduating fellow, Dr. Anat Yahav-Dovrat.

Other faculty in attendance included Drs. Shobhit Mathur, Alex Boutet, Paula Alcaide Leon, Walter Kucharczyk, Amy Chen, Elka Miller, Helen Branson, Bob Willinsky, Andrea Para, Risto Filippi, Shivaprakash Hiremath and Eric Bartlett.

Also presented at the graduation ceremony were the two winners of The Case of the Week, a quiz session hosted by Dr. Amy Chen, Assistant Professor, for trainees on rotation at St. Michael’s Hospital. While this session usually only has one winner, this year had a tie. Congratulations to winners Dr. Hang Yu, neuroradiology resident, and Dr. Salman Radwi, neuroradiology fellow and graduate.
