Medical students are encouraged to contact radiologists directly at the various University of Toronto Academies for research projects during any part of your training.

The students who complete their research are encouraged to present their research at Radiology Conferences under the supervision of the staff radiologist.

For Non-University of Toronto Students

The Department of Medical Imaging is actively engaged in basic and clinical research involving many exceptional radiologists and medical physicists.

Medical students are encouraged to contact radiologists directly at the various Hospitals mentioned above for research projects. They do offer summer opportunities and during your elective period. However for research during the elective it is best to contact a radiologist prior to your arrival to ensure timely completion of your project.
